Effective Mantra Meditation

1. Dedicated Time and Place:
Chant daily, preferably in the morning, in a quiet space. If feeling sleepy, try walking while chanting.

2. Focus and Clarity:
Chant audibly and clearly. When the mind wanders, gently bring it back to the mantra.

3. Chant with Devotees:
Whenever possible, chant in the company of devotees for spiritual support and encouragement.

4. Hear Attentively:
Hearing the mantra is the essence of mantra meditation. Pay close attention to the sound.
